We are a Class A Licensed Contractor in Virginia, with designations in Heavy/Highway, Commercial Building Construction, and Residential Building Construction specialties.  Our management team and field personnel represent many years of experience in the industry and can competently approach any project. We are also very stable financially with a high bonding capacity and excellent credit history.   

Our large equipment fleet is versatile and capable of performing virtually any type of project. In addition to our own assets, we have long relationships with many equipment vendors and can readily rent or purchase any type of equipment needed to complete your project.

Budgets are an issue on every project, and it is critically important we provide not only quality work, but the best financial value to our customers. HCM’s estimators and management staff utilize their years of experience and knowledge of current products to successfully navigate any challenge and develop creative value engineering solutions.
